StoneX’s customers can choose from an extensive list of third-party trading platforms allowing them direct access to more than 300 world-wide futures and options products. During the process of self-executing, our customers have access to our 24-hour Trade Support Desk, which has substantial expertise in electronic exchange order-routing and the capability to support all available electronic-trading platforms used by our customers. Additionally, we offer direct market access via FIX or exchange-specific interfaces for customers that have their own order management systems.
All of our customers have the ability to access our 24-hour Execution Desk for order placement. Our Execution Desk specializes in serving CTAs, institutions, hedge funds and professional traders. Our order specialists have the ability to construct complex strategies, inter-market spreads and orders that need special attention. Our team prides itself in ensuring timely fills and reporting accuracy.
